Less than that. USED to be a clean, comfortable place to get it done. New mgmnt and really bad staff. Just pain rude. Went today, and she opens door and says.... NO WASH TODAY. That is not even English??? I will be taking my laundry elsewhere, as she has been very rude to me everytime. ps. get off stool and clean machines every once in awhile.
Just finished doing laundry here was a pleasant experience I’ll surely return place was really clean and comfortable rules in place for your safety
I have been coming to this laundromat for 4 years. They have recently had a changeover of management. They have the proper precautions in place during COVID times and I am thankful for it. The woman working at the desk is great and does her job exceptionally well and is wonderful to speak with.
The woman behind the counter is exceptionally rude and refuses to give change from dimes. She does not let children in and the bathroom is closed.
If I could rate this place less then 1 star I would. Girl behind the counter is beyond RUDE. Will be taking my business elsewhere and warn many others as well!
Wow...This place has Really gone downhill...The staff is beyond rude, as is the property manager...My husband and I left because the property owner was in a real snit when we got there and told us to park at one of the other businesses, even though they had towing signs...There was no need for this...Used to be much nicer to come to...
The older lady who works there is BEYOND rude. She actually refused to give me change one day for the machines. She also wouldnt let me use the debit machine there a different time to get cash. I left because I didnt want to argue with her again. Place has gone WAY downhill since the new owners. Terrible place.
Found out yesterday there hasn’t been a children’s play area for two years or more. Behind the counter looked under renovations, no drinks/snacks. Many machines out of service and scattered in aisles. Dryers on “colours” setting evidently means deep fry because towels, shirts, socks, jogging pants and hoodies are all burnt and full of lint balls. One oversized load was all Adidias, Nike, Puma hoodies & sports wear valued over $600. No signs to caution customers.
