I have used Brendon and have never been disappointed or had to wait for service. I’ve called and the receptionist has been very friendly and gave us a realistic time line. I read some of the reviews and was surprised that there were some dissatisfaction, and felt compelled to relate my experience. They put our system in 2020/21 and it was organized and neatly done. We have a yearly inspection because we don’t like surprises in winter.
2 stars would give 0 for the service I received when trying to get my central air fixed. Only reason 2 stars is because they came fast in winter to fix my furnace. Oh and no need to listen to his story of how many units he’s installed. Don’t expect an appointment as the secretary don’t know Brandon’s schedule and won’t return a call.
