i am 31 yrs old and have been to quite a few salons, this by far is THE worst salon i have EVER BEEN. The OWNER did my hair, burnt it off and turned it 3 different colors. She didn't even apologize or try to offer to fix, just shrugged her shoulders and blamed it on my hair.good luck to you if you go here.
