Professional helpful and friendly staff. Cars were in immaculate condition. The rates were more than fair and the gas i spent was less than i expected. Will most definitely be renting from them again. Rachel gave me a lift home and the manager offered me a slight discount for a short wait time while they got the oil changed for me before i left. Worst customer service ever! They do not value you if you do not pay the deductible. They did very give instruction at all to pay the fee and canceled my second rental agreement halfway through the contract. Did not give proper instructions to settle the first bill and put me at risk of renting with another car rental company with higher rate! Left my wallet in the car and had canceled my credit cards because I thought my rental car was stolen !
