I planned to have a CD player replaced in my girlfriends car. I had an appointment and dropped her car off in the morning and they said they would call us when it was complete. Having not received a call the entire day, my girlfriend went there to see what was going on. She was informed by the associate that they couldn't install it because they "didn't have the part they needed." We were then informed we would receive a call when the part arrived. We never received the call.
