le personnel de la réception est impoli et traite les patients avec peu ou pas de respect. Les téléphones et le système de messagerie sont toujours cassés.
My doctor is never at work always on holidays, there is no way to file a complaint. The email and phones never seem to work and are always "down" whatever that means. I was told my doctor doesn't have a license to practice I want to see her license! Staff are always rude and never helpful.
GHC has a bad reputation mostly due to the supervisors and staff working the building ie front desk. There are two CEO's and neither of them return calls or take responsibility. There is no way to file a formal complaint so here I am.
Staff are rude and aways grumpy. There is no formal complaint process when asked how to complain a nurse named Andrew claimed he was 'acting supervisor' no complaint was taken, and I've been waiting for the CEO to call me back it's been 3 years now i hear the GHC is using nurses to pose as doctors to sell more medications. Its craziness how can these people get away with this?
The staff at the front desk (mostly RPN’s) are rude, loud and talk very negative to patients and customers who call.
Excellent service and always greeted with a smile ..
