My experience was a very disappointing experience. A month after they did my lining, I went back. The lining they did messed up my dentures completely. The back part was with a hump that me bottom teeth was grinding and eventually cracked. They said I’d have to pay up front to fix it or to have another lining done. The lining that seals the dentures to fit snug was broken. Dentures are floppy now. I received very poor service and an unwelcoming one. I’m not a happy customer ?

Very enjoyable experience. Staff will always go the extra mile to make certain your permanent or temporary dentures fit well. My new dentures fit way better than my old ones. I can eat anything I want with no food trapped underneath. Thanks Angela and staff

I I have never had a better service in any office. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating to provide service around your time schedule. A feel good experience.
Staff was pleasant but did NOT inform me the repair I was seeking would be substantially weaker than the original and intact denture. Consequences were apparent within 10 days as a tooth went missing while biting into an apple. Consultation was offered only AFTER the work was done. Terrible business practice IMO Edit: After two months neither of the teeth replaced are intact. I couldn't be more disappointed with this business. Now I need a new denture and you can bet I'll be going elsewhere.....

Mr.Abbott, we do our best to complete repairs immediately as they come in to minimize inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot always consult with patients at walk in regarding specific details relating to the nature of the problem and existing condition of the denture. Had you taken the offered opportunity to talk with one of our Denturists for a scheduled free consultation, this could have been avoided. We hope that you were able to get assistance and regret that we couldnt satisfy your needs
I started treatment with Angela over a year ago with repairs to my 10 yr old denture. After better understanding of the condition of my denture, I finally decided to get a new one. I've been wearing it for over 3 months and couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank you to all of you for rebuilding my confidence!!! -Cheryl
