PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING !!
I need to share this with the public because it is excactly how a company should not act. I ordered wine and when the driver showed up he did not give me the right change. about 2 minutes after he left i realized and called to have him return the proper amount. The employee who anwserd had him turn around. the driver he handed me back my change with an attitude that followed with a rude comment. feeling upset I called the company back. what he did was uncalled for. making sure managment was aware of the situation i explained i do not want the driver delivering to my adress anymore. Not even 15 minutes later i recieve a call from the owner of the company. he explained to me that he was sorry for what had happened and his employee was wrong. the conversation ended on a good note . next time i call in to order . a female employee picked up the phone after telling her my address she said to me that they are not going to deliver. Confused and upset i asked for an explanation. her response was " that was what was written down". why was it written down in the first place? very upset i demanded she call the owner. letting her know that this whole situation was ridiculous she lost her temper on me! a trained employee ripping me a knew one on the company phone. she was the most disrespectful unproffessional person. taking matters into my own hands i called the owner. end result .No one at the office of the beer man in sault ste marie had not a clue that me and the owner spoke and that the situation was handeld. The only thing they were told was not to deliver to my address? The woman I talked to was having a bad night and was very stressed. and if not the icing on the cake i was warned, if something else was to happen i would be banned from calling the company. This is a BUSINESS not highschool !
