Totally professional in every way. I received what I consider to be very learned direction and advice from Dr Balsys. Dr Balsys is direct, professional and highly knowledgeable.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Just like the other unfortunate individual who had the misfortune of having to visit the clinic I am writing about the horrible professionalism shown by the front desk. I came in so I could be approved for an MRI by them. Appointment itself was started half an hour after it was scheduled. Afterwards I was told they would get in contact with the hospital for my appointment but a month later I call them to find out they never contacted the hospital but they will do so asap.
