Worst experience ever! Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your money because she will inflate prices and not offer compensation when she is in the wrong! Had a really negative experience where she ended up destroying my hair for an event and all she did was talk over me and argue when I confronted her . She does not know the definition of customer service , and this makes for one uncomfortable salon experience. Stay far away her technique is basic
I have been going to Umoja for several years and I have had the best experience. I actually am stopped several times a week and people will ask "Who does your hair?" BEST SALON in the city... you will not be disappointed!
HORRIBLE service. The owner is rude and bitter. and she has underqualified stylists working for her. i can only write limited characters but they washed my hair 3 times and could not wash my hair properly. isnt that the first thing you learn in beauty school? horrible overall. Save your money and time do NOT go here,
