I've placed my Mobility order on 27th of August. It is 12th of September. I still didn't receive my phone. And I have been billed on 1st of September for the service I have not started using yet. Today, my phone has been sent back to their warehouse. I am contacing everyday to be introduced to another incompetent agent that can only report my call but not solve my problem. They won't let me pick up from their shop, won't bring it to my address.I'm not getting any updates through e-mail or text.
This store is terrible, purchased my phone last 2 months ago they using Flexiti for insurance 56.00 dollars..Which is the flexiti company told me theyre finacing my phone,not an insurance I having with them..I didnt know they actually not a Bell company,if I know,I wouldnt come get my pphone here,my phone insurance amount way higher than my life insurance Im paying every mmonth.paying also 56 dollars to bell company for my unit plus 75 dollars plan. Not recommend this store at all.
Horrible customer service. Associate completely messed up telling us one thing but then when we got our bill it was completely different. Spoke to manager about issues and he refused to do anything about it. Telling us what she had done was common practice. Would not recommend this store always look for corporate stores.
