Bishop's Painting

Took numerous phone calls to reach him. I persisted as a friend had used him before a number of times. Weeks later he did stop by to give me a quote. We agreed on a price and he said he would come one day the next week to do the job....I never heard from him again. Further phone calls/messages were not returned. If you don't want to do the job or decide you cannot do it, please just say. While I cannot comment on the quality of his work, I will say his customer service is terrible.
