About David Langeman, Founder Active in the appraisal industry since 1973, David Langeman obtained the designation Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1977. While in Toronto, David had evaluated all forms of residential properties and had participated in the valuation, management and disposition of estate properties. To every assignment, he brings a wealth of knowledge of and experience with the local markets. In 1990, David had moved to the London area and continues to provide appraisal reports for sundry purposes.
