I found both the parent company out of Bellevelle and the repair men out of Port Sydney to be very professional and very competent. The were very responsive, showed up when they said they would and most importantly FIXED the brand new refrigerator that didn't work from new. Both Mike and Todd were excellent.

Have dealt with Stein Appliance twice now in 2 years. They are very efficient and helpful. In fact, Tony was just here to fix my dishwasher. He did a great job and also gave me some great tips on how to get the best cleaning job from the dishwasher. Thanks!
