Communication is a huge issue when dealing with Steve. We had our roof and siding completed last year, and we were always left wondering when they were coming, and where things stood because they needed specific people to do certain aspects of the job. A piece of our siding came off during the winter and we tried contacting Steve via email, phone, and text with no response. after 2 months of trying he finally messaged back and said he'd come out. That was 3 weeks ago and he still hasn't come.
