Completely incompetent drivers who can't follow simple instructions. The online tracking is a joke, and updates are made at random. Will never buy from a supplier that uses them again.

$48US shipping, plus anoth4r $40 cdn brokerage fees. Thats $100. The driver told me I had to pay online. Ive tried for 3 days, their website does not work. When I asked the driver what to do, he walked away got in his truck & drove away. Unbelievable.

Extremely unreliable and they really do not care about customer service... and they lie to you using every excuse imaginable for their incompetence.

Two days in a row,driver backs into my driveway to unload parcels,then drives away leaving a dinner plate sized oil spot behind on the concrete.Completely irresponsible and unacceptable.

This company is a bunch of excuse makers. Claimed my package was delivered, I was home ALL DAY. Not once did my doorbell ring, or was there a knock on the door. Low and behold, when contacting customer service, for some reason its now the shippers problem that these idiots do not know how to knock on the door or ring a door bell to MAKE SURE the package is delivered. I change where I buy things if I see they use UPS as a delivery service, as they are clearly incapable of doing a basic job.

If I could use less stars I would. The drivers are incapable of following instructions and are obviously illiterate. Worst delivery
