My experience was upsetting and costly. Pauline continually lied that my taxes were almost done, all the while gladly taking my hard eraned money. Excuse after excuse and nothing to show for it, except the feeling of being taken advantage of. Shame on you Pauline!!!!! Beware of Pauline and her services.
