Rez estimated the cost of supplying a new glass door for our media room in October 2016 and provided a quotation. Quote seemed high but we were told the work involved cutting the glass door to exact dimensions plus installation so we moved forward and provided a 25% payment to start the work; which was estimated at a week to complete. Two months have passed and still no door. We've tried contacting Rez approximately 30 times over the past two months via telephone calls, text messages and emails.
