Ask for money up front to order materials, disappear for months and in the meantime he give you so many promises and dates to start that never happens just to come back saying he needs more money for materials. He took $10,000 cash in advance from us for a kitchen Reno and we have been waiting 5 months with no kitchen just to find out after hundreds of excuses that he didn’t even order the cabinets and doors. He refuses to refund us the money
