    I had streaks done, supposedly 10 foils. I went home to style my hair...oh my! No streaks showing on the back of my head of hair! 80.00 paid and a tip! Sure was an expensive grab of my money and go! What ever happened of keeping your customers? Obviously, they dont want me coming back. Bad customer Service. Shame on you Kelly hair place located on Red River Road in Thunder Bay
