Went to get hair dyed, it’s been 3 days and my scalp is still extremely itchy. The dye also caused damage at the roots along my hairline. I called to explain this to the owner and he said it was nothing they did and nothing could be done. I wasn’t calling to ask for my money back, but to tell what happened. I am very disappointed that owner did not want to accept any responsibility for my itchy/sore scalp and the damage to my hair, which is noticeable, as several people have pointed it out to me
Worst customer service ever.
Went there with my son to get a hair cut and we were received with rudeness. He told us they were closed, however is hours of operation were still open. Didn't even let me speak. He said no were closed and closed the door on us. Very rude of him! Unprofessional! Will not recommend to go there.
Update your hours of OPERATION!!!!!
