Ordered all new windows for our home. After originally getting wrong product and being installed improperly, we have had nothing but service issues with them for the past 3 years! Many false promises from the retailer but our warranty issues are still outstanding, and the dealer keeps giving every excuse in he book instead of just fixing the problem. The most terrible local customer service I have ever received. Shame on you!
