Warning to V6 1mz-fe Toyota Camry Owners If you go for an oil change at this place they will remove a $300 steel shutter plate from the underside of your car and strip or break all the bolts just to change the oil filter. I watched the guy take this part out without my permission. Later, I looked under the car an found that the plate and the splash gaurds were just hanging. I made them retapp all the holes and correctly install it with new screws. All of this, just because they didn't have a proper glove. To prove this point I went to one of the chain lub shops and they replaced the oil & filter in 10 min. with out stripping bolts and damaging the car.
