This NYX is an absolutely terrible location in regards to customer service. I had a manager there who was not in anyway helpful with a return I had to make, and furthermore had to contact head office who said I should not have experienced any issue what so ever considering my package was not even opened. The manager (Roxanne) was incredibly rude and provided me no solution and not to mention gave me the wrong customer service number. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Terrible experience encountered with unprofessional sales. I told her I want to purchase tinted brow pomade, but not in brown color. She asked me to repeat twice and spell out the word 'brown' as she didn't hear it. What kind of professional customer service was offering at this store? She was so rude when I asked for a gift receipt, 'Who was going to return this, you or your daughter?' Seriously, was that your business? I just found my shopping experience insulting and discriminating!!!
