The customer service seems to be non existent or very slow. I have tried to email and call and can not speak to anyone in regards to machine easily overcharging me.
The customer service seems to be nonexistent or very slow after the machine easily overcharged me. I have tried calling the head office for 2 days and I can not get anyone on the phone. I have also emailed and left messages. It was $4 per hour to park at the Evergreen Brick parking.
Also give 0 Stars. That Dinish is rude yells at you for no reason never charge when they say they are going to and then charge for double months and wont call you back. Half the time my fob doesn't work and I have call the help desk which makes me late for work cause they move at a snails pace. I have no choice but to park there but they really need to clean house and get there stuff together. Be ware !!!
If I could leave O stars I would, the person in charge Dinish, should be fired. This company has 0 communication with you, and forgot to charge multiple people for months and slapped us all with a lump sum charge on our credit cards without warning or an email or a phone call. DO NOT PARK HERE
