went for an engagement ring. they only gave us three diamond options, 2 of which were low quality. When my fiancé proposed, the ring was set crooked. we called to fix it and made an appointment. After both of us taking the day off work to head downtown, Rita did not show up. She told us to go to another office and the guy (I think her husband) pulled out players and tried to bend the setting! We asked for the ring back and had to take it elsewhere to get fixed. i would not recommend this place.
