My experience with Premier Precast has been very disappointing. This small operation is a hands on business where the owner deals with you directly, however I found that he will intentionally mislead a customer whenever he feels it is a benefit to himself. Pricing is competitive, but be wary when dealing with Harry the owner as you may encounter the same negative experiences I have.
