Regan is great - very knowledgable with different techniques.

After going her for a few months (and always having to book months in advance) I was very disappointed by lack of care/concern for her clients. Upon Regan being sick she canceled my appointment (which again was booked 1 month in advance). This is fair, people get sick. My issue is the fact that she would not re-book it, nor accommodate in any way. My old massage therapist would work more hours, or stay late to help her clients when she called in sick as she understands the medical need. Sad.
