Not a thorough exam. I was refereed to have some suspicious moles looked at and I felt I was examined quickly, did not undress, just lifted my shirt, looked at things once over at told me all is good, just to keep an eye on things. 2 years later, I have now learnt I have Melanoma. Same mole I went to Dr. Papp for was identified by a resident Doctor locally, she removed for biopsy and confirmed as Melanoma.
Went in to have a specific mole looked at. While Dr Paap was scraping the mole he was assuring me by stating..." I am 99.9999999% sure this is nothing but a wisdom mark"...2 days later I receive a call from his office saying that the biopsy had come back positive for Melanoma.
