Mena S Cleaner Alterations

Mr. ruined 3 pairs of pants that I took in for hemming. I assured me that he was capable of the work. 2 pair are ruined and i will have to opt for a shorter length from a qualified tailor. 1 pair is fortunately too long. So they can be adjusted. The first 2 pair I mention above, 1 pair had raw edges that missed the stitching. The stitching was too close to the raw edge where it did catch and will soon slip thru and out of the stitching. Also, this pair is the correct length in the back but too

We have been coming here for years! Great place to get anything you need cleaned or repaired... My white winter coat got trashed last year and now it's looks better then the first day I bought it ! The owner is always friendly and cares about all his customers and his business.

If someone could get 0 stars this is what I would of given. They do laundering for Rosa's and they ruined a family ere loom and took no responsibility. They offered us a credit as if we will ever use them again. They were insulting and said the gown was old. I suggest you never bring anything that means something to you it may not come back in one piece, and it is obvious that neither place Mena's or Rosa's take any responsibility for what they ruin! Think twice before bring your laundry here.

Over the years, we have had nothing but great experiences with Freddy, and his staff. The job is always done right, and in a timely fashion.
