Baroness Floral Design

My recent customer service experience at Baroness was wonderful! I was told that they were under new management and could not have been more thrilled. The men were great and extremely helpful. The flowers were beautiful and they went the extra mile for me making sure I loved the flowers. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I'M DISGUSTED.

Honestly, if I could give this place half a star, I would. BRIDES TO BE..DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. I spent $4,000 on flowers for my wedding day and recieved my bridal bouquet the same size as my bridesmaids, and my MOH bouquet was extremely tiny even though Pina said she would make those specifically bigger. My flowers were delivered LATE that morning...which delayed the photos. EVERYONES flowers wilted by the time pictures were done, and Pina did NOT even give me the flowers I wanted

Really bad custom...

Really bad customer service. Not worth it when you are treated like you are not worthy to be in the store. Rude and will not receive any more of our money. Too bad for Baroness........

Lack of Customer Service & extremely rude!

Very Rude!!! Referred to them by a neighbouring funeral home; I was trying ('trying' being the operative word) to purchase a flower arrangement for a funeral service, over the phone. Whoever answered their phone clearly felt they did not need my business. She was extremely short with me, seemed bothered by my questions, put me on hold as I was speaking, and when I mentioned to her that I felt she was being a bit rude, she simply hung up. Perhaps I was wasting her time....Really? I guess their business isn't hurting, although with that attitude, I can't imagine who would want to deal with them. Needless to say, I found another florist in the area who was more than willing to take my order!

I recently used Baroness Floral Design for a corporate floral arrangement that required a personal touch. I was very happy with the professional customer service, and the contemporary seasonal design was gorgeous! Our colleague was thrilled.
