Worst service.horrible installer. I am waiting last two months to install. After a month they Schedule & I was waiting installer he called me after hours that he will be coming in next hour I refused to install that late. After two weeks installer come & ask me last moment to uninstall my old blinds & shutter. They never told me that I have to uninstall my old coverings. Their service is nightmare. Rude installer. Rude customer service. Never return call.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!I WARN YOU. I will be contacting BBB. So called professionals, initial measurements were taken wrong. When the blinds arrived, blinds didn't fit in 3 windows. They dropped by my house 5 times. The installer on my last visit said "Just give me $200&I will come back to fix the rest", I said I will pay you when the job is complete, they went ahead used my credit without my consent to charge $300. Should have read other people reviews before I signed up with these people. First of all they are not professional at all. Secondly they missed blinds and told me that they will reschedule the appointment, its been 2 months and there have almost 5 times they planned to come but never showed up. The office number, nobody pick up. Terrible experience, DONT GET ANY BLINDS OR ANY SERVICE FROM THEM!!!

Do NOT use this company. I purchased blinds and shutters from them a year ago and four blinds were forgotten in the initial installation and I still do not have them. I have made 10+ appointments with the salesman and the main office and the installers just don't show up. I have been trying to contact them the last three months and no one is answering me or returning my phone calls! The most disorganized and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
