Great experience here shopping for some new lights for my home. I was recommended by a friend and wow they have really great products and the staff was super helpful. It was easy to install. Note: If you know quality luxury lights you can see it right away. If you're just used to cheap quality chandeliers fully pre-built and don't have a tool box at home, well...consider hiring someone.
Friendly and Professional staff. Beautiful and Stunning Lights, best sales. Cheaper than other retailers comparing the modern and luxurious styles offered can't find anywhere else as all lights in the market look generic and factory made. The beautiful ones are too expensive not reasonable to spend an arm and a leg just for lights. That's why I loved this store. Didn't mind assembling it myself with the help of a friend, regardless you have to assemble everything yourself these days.
I went into the store just to browse for my new home and to my surprise I left buying lights for all the main rooms, 5 in total. Prices were much better then other stores I have been browsing for a few weeks. Great quality and staff were helpful. Thanks Cairo! Will be referring friends and fam.
Ciro Glitz is a horrible store for quality and service. They are nice when you're spending money but when you need to exchange they are nothing but rude and don't help you at all. Plus one chandelier we bought had to be ENTIRELY built by us (base not even done) and we had to go to the hardware store to buy extra pieces as they were not included. Other stores I have bought from were much better quality and came mostly assembled. Its not worth your time to shop here. Just more of a headache.
