I gave drywall portion of my house to Michael (Cornice Trim & Granitec) and Marco (Maxum Drywall). The value was $44,000. The work was done well within two months. However, they missed gas proofing for the garage. I paid them in full and gave them extra $1,000 for work well done. Since I paid up, they have refused to come to finish gas proofing from August 27, 2015. During that time, I have discovered that they have short-changed a few sub-contractors a few thousand dollars.
