Evelyne Le Blanc began manufacturing beauty products for her own use. “I started around 2010, and initially, I was mainly making facial scrubs and moisturizing masks that I was using for myself as an alternative to commercial products, which are often full of chemicals," Evelyne recounts. "Over time, I started to give my products as gifts to friends and family for their birthdays or special occasions; I was not really seeing the business potential in all of this.”

Eventually, Evelyne learned how to manufacture her own soaps, and that is when she got the idea to market her products. “I decided to make this hobby my business because I was presented with an opportunity. These are high quality products, handmade with the finest ingredients; I felt that there was a market for it,” she explains.

Evelyne registered Evy Jo & Co. in 2013, then she developed her line of products, launching her online store in August 2014.
