Pickup was very easy and convenient. They had a tough time getting on my street since I lived downtown Toronto, they actually grabbed my car and brought it to a truck a couple blocks over. Delivery was VERY quick and got to Markham, Ontario within 4 days... extremely fast delivery and the driver communicated with me throughout his drive letting me know where he was so it was easy for me to coordinate. Definitely recommend
