Very bad service finds an excuse not to take responsibility. Ever since the roofing was done I have had problems with the shingles coming off. When the house was built the original shingles lasted 21 YEARS and not a single shingle was lost. The only reason I had my shingles on the roof replaced in 2007 by this company is that the original shingles had aged. (NOTE: there were not leaks & there were no shingles missing for 21 years). Also, a few of his other clients had the same experience)
