I bought a massage unit, at a home renovation show, It came with no instructions, I used it 3 times I found that it caused me pain each time I used it. I e-mailed the company immediatly, got no reply, I called representatives here in AB. and in QC, I was brushed off. All I wanted was to return my unit and have my money refunded, to date no reply. Customers beware, these people are more interested only in selling you expensive products, there is no good customer service if you run into a problem.
The client came to a home show and purchased a massage hand unit which is very personal. We do not know the usage which this massage unit was used for and was used for a period of time and then decided that she could do without it. The hand unit was not damaged and was in perfect condition and we do not sell these small units on a trial basis. We always stand by our products and the amount of complaints against our company is practically nil. Thank you |
