Excellente clinique. Services de radiographie physiothérapie, ergothérapie adjacents. Médecins compétents et attentifs aux besoins de leurs patients.

Le personnel est désagréable et le Dr Phaneuf Ouf. Il nous parle comme si nous avions un doctorat en médecine. Il est toujours devant son ordinateur, et ne semble pas écouter, lorsqu’on lui parle de nos problèmes de santé, de plus il ne fait pas d’auscultation, il ne prend pas les signes vitaux et aucune décision. Il se réfère continuellement à des données sanguines. Si vous avez besoin d’un spécialiste, il vous suggèrera d’aller à l’urgence sans vous référer lui-même. FUYEZ cette clinique!

Terrible service. Not only were the secretaries 20 minutes late but they cut the line off at 10 people (VERY rudely, I might add) and said that was all they were taking for the day. If I wanted to be turned away and sent home when I needed medical attention, I would have gone to a private doctor, not a FREE PUBLIC CLINIC. We pay taxes that go towards healthcare, therefore we are entitled to medical attention when we need it. This clinic does a terrible job at being a clinic. Never returning.

Secrétaires désagréables, impolies et arrogantes. Dr Buu expéditive, on se sent comme un numéro. Pas de suivi médical pour ma fille après son seul rendez-vous en 1 an. Lorsque j'ai appelé parce qu'elle était malade, on m'a dit de me rendre à l'urgence. Maintenant j'appelle pour avoir un rendez-vous et on me dit qu'ils n'ont aucun dossier à son nom? Comment est-il possible de si mal gérer sa clinique? À éviter, vous serez probablement mieux servi à l'urgence...

This place is disgusting. The doctors do not pay attention to your symptoms at all. Its all rush rush. The doctor i seen today (hoang i think) was very rude and unpatient, other patients said the same thing. Over all i would not come to this place again.

Need a doctor in RDP? Then go somewhere else!

The staff is arrogant and could care less if you are suffering and need help! They seem to fed up with clients and are just doing their 9 to 5! Dr. Minh Chan Hoang, can barely communicate in English or French. She is very impatient and would not even listen to my explanation of my symptoms. STAY AWAY!
