TERRIBLE SERVICE! Waiting almost an hour for a taxi on a weekday afternoon. Call at 4:13pm on a Wednesday afternoon ; after first ten minutes of waiting I check in and am told 1)driver is on their way and will be there in 5min, ten minutes later call back again and am told 2) “we still haven’t got you a car yet” , then ten minutes later 3) receive automated call saying taxi is at address (it’s not). Call back AGAIN and get passed between 2 more people and STILL no car 56minutes later!
Je réserve un taxi pour le lendemain matin afin dêtre sûre que jarriverai à lheure à la gare dautocar. Je reçois le soir même une confirmation par courriel de ma réservation. Le lendemain matin = aucun taxi ne se présente. / I reserved a taxi for the next morning to be sure to be in time at the bus station for my travelling. I received an email confirmation the same night. Next morning = NO taxi.
Très mauvais service! À éviter si vous ne désirez pas marcher! Attendu plus de 50 minutes et 3 appels.. jamais vu de taxi arrivé sûre les lieux!

Jai commandé un taxi par téléphone à 19h00.
On ma dit que dans 5 à 10 minutes un taxi arriverait.
Jai attendu une heure dans la rue et chaque fois que jai appelé, on me disait que dans 5 à 10 minutes, il y aurait un taxi.

Après une heure d’attente, j’ai appelé pour annuler ma commande, ils ne m’ont même pas dit, désolé, et ils ont raccroché.
Très mauvaise expérience. J ai effectué une réservation auprès de Taxi Coop Montréal. Le taxi n était pas là à l heure prévue et je n ai reçu aucune information. Lorsque j appelle la centrale, on m indique qu il n y a pas de taxis dans le secteur, qu ils ont plus de 1000 clients, et qu ils ont autre chose à faire que de me prévenir.
Really rude employes and the taxi driver tried to steal from me. Bad experience, would’nt recommend... I forgot my phone in the taxi on my way back. I tracked my phone and when I got it back, the driver pretended like he needed to come back from really far away even if he didn’t and asked for a lot of money until I showed him the path he took.
Ma mère et moi retournions du centre-d achats le 17 mars 2018 vers 19h00 et le chauffeur qui nous a conduit chez nous, nous a mal jugées. Le chauffeur était trop pressé et ne voulait pas attendre que ma mère prend son temps de sortir (elle a 87 ans)! En plus, il nous a traités comme des voleurs. Jamais je ferai affaire avec cette compagnie et j ai même laissé un message à leur département des plaintes! Don t call this company!!
I was lost, and only knew the the name of the mall and the shop I was at. Nevertheless, Taxi Coop "can only pickup customers at given addresses", and refused to pick me up. Very unimpressed by the customer service.
I booked a van to take me to the airport at 1 am, and they called me at 1h30am to tell me sorry !!! They don't have a van available !! What a service !
I called this company because I was at a taxi stand that belonged to them at a mall but there was no taxi at the stand. The taxi did not show at the stand as I asked but some 50 feet at another entrance to the mall. By the time I got to the taxi he had taken another customer (the driver did admit he was there for me). So the driver left me there with all my package. If you want to get to your destination, don't call this company, you never know if they will show-up.
