You can spend a full day visiting the Bernard Street shops but it is likely that you will spend half of your shopping session at Local 23. The shop is divided into three rooms: the main area housing all the beautiful vintage clothing and jewellery, the shoe section and the lower section, with collection pieces from before the ’60s.
