I had my appointment at 8am for an oil change, I got there maybe at 8:02am, and they don't any parking spot in front of the office. I tried in front of the garages, but since there was no entrance marked Oil Change, only Transmission etc., I didn't dare to park there, so I went again to the office parking, again no free spot, so I finally got to the garage entrances again, where a guy let me park there. When I entered their office, it was 8:11, and the lady at the desk tells me I'm 15 minutes late, and then she looks again and says, no, 20 minutes late, and several cars already entered the garage for service, so I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I was shocked by how she was lying about the current time, although my phone cannot show the wrong time, it's always synchronized with the Internet. And the other guy at the desk, seeing that I was unsatisfied, says, OK, then we don't have any places in the garage! I obviously quit, never going back.
