i tried to return a Samsung mobile because although it features wifi calling none of the carriers will activate it in montreal since I never bought the mobile from them. This store said all of its sales are final even though customer service operating from overseas offers all buyers a 15 day refund period. This store said this only applies to internet purchases. A poor attitude to a customer who has a very valid reason for wanting to return their product. I live in a house with weak cell signal
