    This store does not have any return policy. So you are are planning to buy and know for sure you wont return or exchange it then go for it. I had bought one bag for gift, I went to return/exchange it on next day the guy refused it. Even in their website, the return/exchange page gives http 404 error that means, it does not exist.

    Open and shut case

    Upright carry on. It is the lightest case I've ever owned. It was easy to lift and place the full suitcase in the overhead compartment in the plane. there is no wasted space in the suitcase, two outer pockets with zips .
