    I purchased winter tires last week and had an appointment to install them today. It took 2 hours to install! I was told it would take one. I had to talk to 3 different people to get them to do anything. I could see through the window that my car was ready but it was sitting on the lift for about half an hour. Never again! I would rather pay more elsewhere than to be treated like that again! Really?
