In the middle of the covid pandemic, thankfully, Liam Pratt was able to squeeze in our inspection on very short notice. Calls and emails were always answered promptly. His knowledge of homes and their systems is very impressive. His inspection was very methodical and thorough taking four hours for a small one floor home and a small semi-basement. This was followed with a detailed and professionally finished written report less than 48 hours later. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Liam.

I highly recommend Liam Pratt if you are looking for a top level inspector! He is extremely knowledgeable and he is a strong communicator. He showed a great deal of patience with all of our questions and he easily switched back and forth from English to French, depending on who was asking the question. Walking around the house and the property with Liam was an education because he knows so much about multiple aspects of what the critical elements are of a fully efficient house inspection.

Liam a prit le temps de répondre a toutes mes nombreuses questions. Surtout, il m a explique pourquoi il est arrive aux conclusions auxquelles il est arrive. L inspection de Liam a durée plus de 3 heures et j ai eu l impression qu il n a pas tourne les coins ronds. Au contraire, il m a montre des petites anomalies qui semblent banales a première vue mais qui auraient pu dégénérer si je ne m en était pas occupe. Je recommanderais sans hésiter son travail.
