I don't know how ...

I don't know how anyone could have a bad experience here. I also don't understand how there can be surprise costs when they were so careful to call me about a $20 tube of eye ointment For my cat. After all I had spent $20was nothing yet they called to make sure. They have been nothing but accommodating, friendly and honest with me. They truly care about your animals well being and will work with u to find cost effective solutions that allow you to maximize treatment. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful group of Vets, Technicians and receptionists... Seeing my cat has never been sick what we've gone through has been rough but they make it oK. I love them so much there i wish they could treat me ;) Dr Gauthier especially. I think this place is amazing and gives meaning to Veterinary work. Compassionate, caring and honest. I could ask for more and neither could day furbaby who is alive today because of all their amazing work and kindness. I love my vets!!!!! Thank you!

Unexpectedly increasing bill after the service.

We came to this hospital with cat. After primary appointment with doctor we received a list of necessary treatments with total price for the service. We decided to pay the full amount in one time. When we came for cat next day there was $150 more to pay! No one has told us that there will be more payments, the amount we paid was presented to us as 'full amount'. So, we completely did not like that kind of service. We will never visit that hospital again and never recommend it to anyone.
