It used to be a great place but with the arrival of new owner and management the maintenance, repairs and workmanship are very very poor. The thermal insulation is badly done, therefore the heating bills in winter are huge. The owners, which live in Toronto, are only interested in taking your money and doing the bare minimum in return.
