Poor After Purchase Customer Service
I work at a place that has one of their fire panels installed. We set up a yearly maintenance schedule and they haven't shown up. Then the alarms are going off day and night. We contacted them and they do not bother to call back. Here we are listening to this high pitched alarm going off because the fire sensors are "dirty". We have blown them out and vacuumed them as we were told to but nothing. The customers are really upset but there is nothing we can do. Maybe we should just use another company that actually cares about their customers.
