They messed my appointment again

They messed my appointment again. I have an appointment with my daughter that were set a month ago. Arrived on time. The owner told me that my daughter has no appointment and just only me. She also told me that she just inserted my name just to get in which other customers heard it. I feel embarrassed and decided to cancel it instead. I will never go back to this place again. To the owner, please be careful and more responsible of managing your appointment schedule.
